NILP, The Northeast Independent Living Program Inc. believes in independent living. It is a consumer-controlled Independent Living Center that advocates for and provides resources to persons with all impairments who want to live freely in the community. They include various services such as personal care assistance, nursing home transition services, youth services, northeast recovery learning community, older adult peer support service, merrimack valley community partner/long term services and support, aging and disability resource consortium/options counseling, Independent Living Vocational Program, and community resources.
